On the left, I just got back from Tennessee where I ate tons of empty carbs, sugars, and processed foods. I didn’t want to take any content for Instagram, YouTube, or my brand deals. I felt so tired and exhausted all the time from all the crap I loaded my body with. I was OVER the way I felt and needed to go back to my old healthy habits I had before the holidays.
